The Joie iSpin 360 is an all-singing, all-dancing ISOFIX rotating car seat that meets the newest iSize car seat approval.
Seeing little one's through from birth to approximately 4 years old, it rotates, reclines and keeps our precious cargo super safe!
"Hi, I hope you can help, I'm expecting baby 3 and I need to get three car seats across the back of my car!"
I can't tell you how often we get this enquiry through our social channels! Getting three car seats across the back of a car is no easy task, and there are a fair few things to consider when attempting it.
Silver Cross are a household name in pushchairs, and babies stroll in style the length and breadth of the UK. Now, Silver Cross have expanded their car seat range too!
The Klippan Century is a roomy Swedish plus test approved extended rear facing seat. The main features include an easy adjust harness, excellent range of recline options and a huge amount of growing room!
If you have a tall child, this seat needs to be on your list to consider!
We have a great range of high back boosters in the car seat library, however the dimensions of the seats differ - especially the internal dimensions and the space available to your little one.
The following images give an approximate measurement of the internal dimensions of each booster seat we have.
Buying your first car seat is a scary process, and car seats can become a real minefield once you start looking into all the different options. So, do you just get whatever goes on your pram, or is there more to it?
I hope you are all keeping safe and well during these unusual times.
Having considered the advice from the government, and other areas of the country, we have decided to postpone all car seat libraries until September - I will continually review this stance, of course.
Although many baby shops are able to now plan to reopen from June, I don't feel the measures required to operate safely are suitable for a car seat library. Libraries often have 2/3 members of staff, and see on average 25 people over the course of a 2 hour library - it is non stop! There simply would not be the space or time between visitors to clean everything sufficiently, and our number one priority is always safety - be that car seat safety or our health!
I cannot wait to get back to running libraries, in the meantime, I am running weekly Facebook Lives over on our Facebook page, every Thursday at 8.15. Each week I cover a different topic related to car seat safety. I am also running regular virtual libraries, where you can request demonstrations on individual products to see their features and fitting.
I'm currently using this enforced down time to build our social channels, so as many people as possible know about Car Seat Libraries when we can hit the road again! So be sure to like the page, and invite your friends!
Thank you for your support.

We had the pleasure of being part of the Bump to Baby Event in Hoole, Chester on Sunday 16th February.
We felt very proud setting up stall amongst baby first aid, baby swimming lessons, positive birthing groups and healthcare businesses to name but a few. We took along a small selection of seats to give parents and parents to be an idea of what Car Seat Libraries UK is all about.
It was a dark and stormy night, well, not quite.
It was more a wet and extremely windy start to the day of our very first Wirral Car Seat Library at Calm at Church Farm.
We woke to news of widespread gales and feared the worse; what if no one came?
But we shouldn’t have worried as we were rushed off our feet from get go!
